ABH Partners Collaborated with SPHMMC and Mindray for Specialized ICU and Emergency Training
In a determined effort to elevate critical care competencies, ABH Partners, in strategic collaboration with Mindray, conducted a specialized two-day training program for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Emergency Department nurses of St. Paul's Hospital Millennium Medical College (SPHMMC).
Held on May 25 and 26, the intensive capacity-building program bridged theoretical foundations with practical clinical applications. Designed to address the demands of high-acuity healthcare environments, the curriculum focused heavily on the operation of advanced medical technologies, including mechanical ventilators, defibrillators, and perfusors.
Beyond equipment handling, the comprehensive sessions covered vital operational areas, such as:
- ICU Organization & Workflow: Optimizing departmental structures for rapid response.
- Patient Safety & Transport: Standardizing safe patient transportation procedures within and between units.
- Clinical Documentation: Enhancing accuracy and accountability in critical care record-keeping.
